Audit Apply provides free, browser-based tools including:

• PDF utilities (Merge, Split, Protect, Digital Sign, Reorder, Editor)
• CA compliance calculators (Company Law, Tax Audit, GST, TDS, ITR Regime)
• Bank Statement Ingestor and Processor
• Compliance Calendar and Financial Ratio Analysis tools

All tools process data locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to any server.

3. Free Service

Audit Apply is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Audit Apply for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable Indian or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary code from the service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the service
• Misrepresent the output of our tools as certified professional advice

All content, tools, source code, designs, and branding on auditapply.com are the intellectual property of Audit Apply and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Audit Apply uses open-source JavaScript libraries (pdf-lib, PDF.js, xlsx, node-forge, etc.) under their respective licences. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party CDN providers or their terms.
